Thirteen services are free: we receive parcels, combine them, pack them and store them for 45 days. Below is everything billed separately, and what it costs.

  • Personal address and bin

    Your bin is at our Delaware warehouse, a state with 0% sales tax

  • Parcel intake

    The line receives them on weekdays from 8 to 17, and the parcel shows up in your account right away

  • Combining parcels

    You can put as many incoming parcels as you want into one shipment

  • Removing shoe boxes

    We take them off along with extra packaging and flyers, so you do not pay for that weight

  • Standard packing

    We pack the parcel in a bag or box fit for international transport and seal it with tape

  • Storage

    45 days for an incoming parcel and 7 days for a packed unpaid parcel

  • AI assistant fills in the declaration

    You upload order screenshots and the assistant fills the declaration in under a minute, as many times as you need

  • A robot bids on eBay

    You set the maximum price and it places the bid for you 3 seconds before the auction ends

  • Parcel recipient

    You choose who receives it: yourself or anyone else. You enter the details in your account

Buying for free

A buyer will purchase the item for you if you do not want to, or cannot, shop in the USA yourself.

With the promo code the service is free. You pay only for the item and shipping.

Order a buyout

Declaration

The AI assistant fills the declaration from order screenshots, with no limit on the number of parcels. If you want a person to do it, an operator fills the declaration for $5. That is available only for items bought by our buyers.

Item buyout

The fee depends on the store, and for most stores the service is free.

Works in almost every store, except the stop list

We charge this when the promo code does not work for the store, or the customer did not enter it

Buying from these stores takes extra work, and that costs more. We do not buy from them for free: Apple, Ralph Lauren, Sephora and seven more

Useful on a sale, especially Black Friday, when minutes matter. Or for drops and limited releases that disappear fast

eBay auctions

You can bid two ways, and the simplest, most convenient and most effective one costs nothing.

You tell the robot your maximum and it bids three seconds before the auction ends

This fee is not refunded, even if someone else wins the lot

The seller’s shipping and import duties are added. We calculate them after you win

Storage

45 days free, then $1 a day. 90 days maximum.

Incoming parcels

The count starts the day the parcel arrives. It can stay for 90 days in total. If it is not collected by then, it is disposed of

Customs sets the duty, and you can pay it together with shipping. We declare the parcel and pay the fee, so you do not have to deal with customs. Not available on every tariff.

Store returns and re-export

You can return an item while it is still in our warehouse and the store’s return window is open.

You pay nothing else. The store refunds your card

We need the full return address. US forwarding is charged separately

Needed when customs rejects the parcel or it is not collected. The trip back takes two to six months

One exception: the photos show the store sent the wrong item, the wrong size, or made another mistake. Then we deal with the store ourselves

Everything the warehouse can do is in one place: open the parcel in your account and tick what you need. The price is shown immediately, priority is a separate switch, and you can leave a note about what to look at.

Photos, video and measurements come back to the same card, the service status changes, and the fee is charged from your balance.
